My history of work experience, education, training, and life enable me to offer effective therapeutic outpatient individualized, behavioral health care. I have experience treating a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals ages 8 -70. I am also blessed to offer my services as a Christian, and to include this in my work with indiividuals if they hope to address their needs and goals while including a Christian perspective.
My focus is to help individuals improve their functioning in life to healthy and productive levels, while helping them manage and overcome their behavioral health struggles. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, actively listening, fostering a therapeutic alliance, and customizing a treatment plan to the person's needs and desires.
I aim to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. I provide counseling for mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse needs. The therapy I provide is efficient, person-centered, and engaging.

Depression and Anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. They can manifest in various way, even occur together or as result one from the other. They can occur as stand alone conditions or in relation to some aspect of a person's life or adjustments an individual may be going through. Through a biological, psychological, social, and spiritual assessment I introduce treatment, from there I develop a treatment plan with the individual. Together we are then able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and wellness that you once had in your life. We then make progress towards new aspirations and new chapters of your life.

While ADHD has become a leading cause of school based struggles, it is also known to occur in individuals well into adulthood. The obvious struggles of ADHD are hyperactivity and inattention; but the struggles can often lead to anxiety, depression, and even interpersonal conflict. Behavioral struggles while often related to conditions of ADHD, ODD, and Impulse Control Disorders they can occur outside of these conditions; and in and of themselves be sources of pain to individuals and their loved ones. I address these conditions with an eclectic, patient, and thoughtful approach.

Substance abuse and addictions have steadily increased in the past several years, despite their longtime existence. Substance abuse and addictions can have a damaging effect on individuals, their relationships, their loved ones, and society as a whole. The inner struggles of substance abuse and addiction can spawn several layers of damage to an individual's self-image and self-esteem, while also leading to legal, career, and educational problems. In addressing these struggles I strive to build a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment throughout the counseling relationship. I employ eclectic evidence based approaches in helping the individual reach and sustain abstinence.
